We hope you find using the New Zealand House and Garden website straightforward and entertaining. However, if you do experience any difficulties, these tips might help.

 

The website uses a left-hand navigation. The main sections are in the far left column. When you click on a section, the articles contained in that section will appear in the second column from the left. You can click on any of those article titles to read the article in the third column in.

 

While a magazine is currently on sale, we only publish preview versions of the articles on the website. As a new issues come available those articles are reproduced in full.

 

The photo galleries associated with each article are loaded in a popup window so you'll need to allow popups for this website in order to be able to view the photo galleries. To do this click the "allow popups for this site" option at the top of your browser bar.

 

You need to be a registered member of the site in order to qualify for the member giveaways. Where there is a giveaway available it will show at the bottom of an article. You should follow the links to the Register/Update page in order to login or register for the first time. Once you are a member the website will usually remember you so that you don't have to log in next visit.

 

The New Zealand House and Garden forums are open to view to the public in general. To make a comment yourself, you will need to be registered as a member. This is to ensure that our members are accountable for their postings. Once you are logged in you can post messages to any topic by clicking on the 'Post a message to this topic' link.

 

NZ House and Garden retains the right to deactivate any user who is abusive or uses otherwise inappropriate language in the forums. If you are concerned about another users behaviour in the forum please email us at help@nzhouseandgarden.co.nz with details of the member in question and the posts they have made so that we can take action.

 

Different browsers and operating systems can mean that some people have a less than optimal experience of browsing websites. We have done our very best to make sure that as many variations as possible can access the site in as reliable a manner as possible.
