The secret ingredient lunch with peter Gordon

At this special NZ House & Garden lunch event at dine by Peter Gordon, in Auckland, renowned chef and our columnist Peter Gordon will introduce you to some unusual ingredients � kombu, PX sherry, silken tofu, verjus, sumac and others � give you the chance to taste them in his signature dishes and share his ideas on how to use them.
