Fragrant feijoas with macadamias and almonds make a delicious dessert.

2 cups diced feijoa flesh
2 granny smith apples, peeled, cored and diced
2 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon cornflour
Crumble:
1 1/2 cups wholegrain oats
70g macadamias, coarsely chopped
70g flaked almonds
1/4 cup plain flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
100g cold butter, grated
Heat oven to 180 degC. Place diced feijoas, apples, sugar, cinnamon and cornflour in a large bowl and toss together until well combined. Place in the base of a medium-large oven dish.
To make crumble, mix oats, nuts, flour and sugar in a bowl then rub in grated butter until well combined.
Spread crumble over fruit and pat it down gently.
Bake on a shelf in the lower half of the oven for 35-45 minutes until pudding is golden and bubbling.
