Cut the tough ends off the asparagus. Cook the asparagus in boiling water. I take the asparagus out while it is still a tiny bit crunchy; I like the texture but you may prefer it soft. Run the asparagus under cold water to stop it cooking further and wrap in a tea towel to dry. Sprinkle plenty of sea salt and pepper over the asparagus and cut in half.
Take all the crusts off the bread. Spread a generous amount of Best Foods mayonnaise over the bread and wrap two pieces of asparagus in each slice. I like to cut the rolled bread again to have nice bite-sized nibbles. Very easy to do and people seem to love them at parties!
